Access everybody's online journals from here.  Read and respond thoughtfully to each student's posting with ideas, resources, anecdotes, etc.

-------> keep an eye on this space!!
I will likely get into a regular rhythm of posting the new assignments to coincide with class meeting times, but want to keep a little flexibility at first.

  1. Hi Ivan, Jennings, Sasha, & Vikki,

We've just had our 4th member of the class join us-- Ivan Salcido is a new grad student this term.
He's come to us from El Paso & is in sculpture.

In light of this and a couple immediate technical hiccups, I'd like to extend the due dates for the first assignment so that everyone can move forward on the same page.

I'm seeing links to Vikki & Jennings blogs on the class site - http://digitalsyndicate.blogspot.com/
Sasha-- do you need some assistance getting the link up? Let me or one of your classmates know.
Jennings -- I looked at your post in Firefox & Safari both, but the text is getting cut off at the end of each line-- anyone else seeing that? Please try to fix.

Lets all do our best to stay on top of the schedule-- each component from the written response to the discussion is essential.
If anyone sees a better way to handle the scheduling, please do speak up!!
